This privacy policy is applicable to any information or data that is entered by you via the web site located at www.thetimebox.com and all its related channels ("the Site").

We require firms who register to use the TimeBox application to provide contact information, such as their name, firm name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Alphatec uses the information to set up a unique TimeBox account for your firm. We may also use the information to contact you to discuss implementation or support requirements, or to inform you of new product features. Email addresses and any personal information will at no time be distributed or shared with third parties. Firms can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information at any time by sending an email to support@thetimebox.com.

Customers of TimeBox will use the Site to store confidential data and information ("Data"). Alphatec will not view, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as required for support purposes, or as may be required by law.

Customers accept that they must maintain the confidentiality and security of their user registration, account ID and password.
